In actual applications, it is not uncommon to encounter the phenomenon that the noise generated by screw chiller refrigeration compressors exceeds the normal standard. For the abnormal operation sound among them, it is judged that the main reasons are loose fastening bolts of the compressor, poor alignment of the coupling between the compressor and the motor, and poor rotor operation. By checking the tightness of the fastening bolts to reach the specified value, adjusting the alignment of the coupling, replacing worn parts, and adjusting various assembly clearances within the specified value range, the operation sound of the industrial chiller is normal.
