If the industrial chiller is to operate normally and safely, refrigerant is indispensable. Generally speaking, for the refrigerant of the chiller, it should neither be undercharged nor overcharged. When a small industrial chiller device uses a quantitative charger to charge the refrigerant, only after the refrigeration device has been evacuated to a vacuum, close the three-way valve, stop the vacuum pump, remove the joint of the pressure-resistant rubber hose connected to the vacuum pump and install it on the outlet of the quantitative charger; or remove the joint of the pressure-resistant rubber hose connected to the three-way valve, and connect the pressure-resistant rubber hose of the quantitative charger to the joint of the valve.
Industrial chiller
When the industrial chiller uses the evacuation charger to charge the refrigerant, only after the evacuation is completed, close the evacuation stop valve on the evacuation charger and open the liquid charging stop valve to charge the refrigerant into the refrigeration system.
1. Usually, it is 1 ton of refrigeration ffice:smarttags/1kg, but it depends on whether the heat exchange area of the system design is larger or smaller.
2. Generally, if the condenser of the chiller has a subcooled liquid storage section, 0.9kg of fluorine is added for one refrigeration capacity (2500W). If the condenser has no liquid storage section, the amount of fluorine added is 0.5kg per refrigeration capacity. Strictly speaking, for air conditioners with a subcooled liquid storage section, the amount of fluorine added is 56%-120% which is normal. You can first add according to 0.5kg per refrigeration capacity, and then add appropriately.
3. In this case, operate the unit and measure the current passing through the compressor with an ammeter to see if it is equivalent to the rated current. If it is less than the rated current, it indicates that the amount of refrigerant is insufficient. If it exceeds the rated current, the amount of refrigerant is excessive. Appropriate discharge of a certain amount of refrigerant.
